If you've spent more than five minutes on this blog, you've probably wanted to find something you half-remembered reading. Up until today, that meant scrolling. A lot of scrolling.
Fixed that.
What happened
Press Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows) anywhere on the site. A search box pops up. Type something. Results appear instantly. Click one, you're there.
You can also navigate with arrow keys and press Enter to open a result. Very keyboard-friendly.
The search works entirely in your browser — nothing gets sent to a server. It looks through titles, descriptions, tags, and the full text of each post.
There's also a small button in the header if you prefer clicking.
Why
A blog you can't search is just a wall of text sorted by date. The search is a small addition that changes how you use the whole thing.
This is part of building the blog into something actually useful — not just a place where posts accumulate, but a resource you can navigate.
