The app had two home pages. One for normal use, one I kept for when I was building things. Over time, the developer version got useful enough that I wanted it in both contexts — but two home pages is just confusing.
What happened
Merged them. The main page now has everything in one place: cards linking to Compliance, the Owner Portal, Documents, the Study module, and the Association Website. Plus a section for external services the app connects to.
Also expanded the navigation menu on the owner-facing part of the app. It used to have two links. Now it has five — one for each major section — with a hamburger menu for small screens.
The old developer-only page now just redirects to the home page.
Why
Simpler navigation, fewer places to look for things. This is part of the broader work today: clearing the path for what's coming next rather than building new features.
